What is your delivery & returns policies?

We offer free shipping on orders over £75.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours. You may return an order within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unopened and still sealed. For more info, please read our full delivery & returns policy below.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you’ll receive an email receipt of your order. You can also log in to your account and review your past orders from there.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After making an order with The Zen Company, you’ll receive an email with your order details and receipt. We’ll notify you when your order has been dispatched and you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking link if you opted for tracking.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit & debit card payments from UK & European cards only. We also accept direct bank payments.

Delivery & Returns Policy

The Zen Company offers delivery to UK customers only. We dispatch orders around 4:30 pm Monday – Friday. Orders made before 3 pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 3 pm Monday – Thursday will be dispatched the next day. Orders made after 3 pm Friday or over the weekend, will be dispatched Monday at 4:30 pm.

You will receive an email to notify you once your order has been dispatched. If you have chosen Royal Mail Tracked, you will receive a unique tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched.

Fees

Please make sure the address details you supply at the time of order are relevant and correct.

The following delivery options are available:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours – £4.20
Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours – £3.50
Royal Mail 1st Class – £3.20
Royal Mail 2nd Class – £2.50

Free shipping on orders over £75 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours. Where possible, please contact Royal Mail directly for any delays or package inquiries.

Changes to your order

Changes to your order can be made up until the order is dispatched. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us quoting your order number.

Lost or Undelivered orders

We reserve the right to charge a redelivery cost if your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information supplied by you or the package was undelivered through no fault of our own. This is subject to discretion and will typically try to deliver orders twice before requesting redelivery payment.

Please contact us if you do not receive your order within the stated delivery times. We will endeavour to investigate and, where needed, resend your order. We will contact you via email if we are made aware of any delivery delays.

Delivery of items is made via Royal Mail and will also be subject to their terms and conditions. You can cancel your order at any point, free of charge, up until the order has been dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us quoting your order number.

Returns

You may return an order within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be unopened and still sealed. To discuss a return, please contact us quoting your order number. You may be charged for returns.
